Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of intellifec.com and, where applicable, the Pulse product. By using our site or services, you agree to them.

Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and IntelliFEC. If you are using Pulse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
The services
IntelliFEC provides a marketing website at intellifec.com and Pulse, software for facility operations (scheduling, maintenance, inspections, training, communication, and related workflows). Features may change as we improve the product. Pulse is currently offered to selected operators; availability and commercial terms are confirmed separately when you start a paid or pilot engagement.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your Pulse accounts and for keeping credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping beyond ordinary browser use, or uploading unlawful or harmful content.
Your data
You retain ownership of content and operational data you submit to Pulse. You grant IntelliFEC a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Demo and contact forms
Information you submit through demo or contact forms is used to respond to your request. Submitting a form does not create a paid subscription or service-level commitment.
Intellectual property
IntelliFEC, Pulse, and related names, logos, and software are owned by IntelliFEC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our marks except as needed to identify your use of Pulse.
Disclaimers
The website and Pulse are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliFEC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not currently offer a formal uptime service-level agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliFEC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or Pulse. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for Pulse in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you have not paid us, one hundred U.S. dollars).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a service. You may stop using the website at any time. Paid Pulse access is governed by the commercial terms agreed for your account.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes to paid product terms will be communicated through your account contact where required.
